EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM (EWP)
The Extended Warranty Program (EWP) gives our customers peace of mind and long-term confidence in our laser show products.
Starting from the standard 24 months warranty that comes with every purchase, we offer a warranty extension from three for up to five years, ensuring continuous support throughout the lifetime of your laser equipment.
(Laser sources and scanners are excluded from the EWP).
How the cost of the extended warranty is calculated
Three years warranty: +15% of net MSRP
Four years warranty: +40% of net MSRP
Five years warranty: +80% of net MSRP
Example
The EWP rates for a purchase of a laser show projector with a net MRSP value of 5,000€ at the time of sale:
- Our standard warranty covers years 1 and 2
- Year 3: Extend for 15% of 5,000€ = +750€
Total Warranty Coverage: 39 months
- Year 4: Extend for 40% of 5,000€ = +2,000€
Total Warranty Coverage: 48 months
- Year 5: Extend for 80% of 5,000€ = +4,000€
Total Warranty Coverage: 60 months

The EWP maintains the same Terms and Conditions as stated in the General Terms and Conditions on our website, except for the warranty period, as outlined explicitly in point 6 of the General Terms and Conditions (6. Warranty, complaints).
